What is AD lotio® Acut:
AD lotio® Acut is a non-occlusive body lotion containing avenanthramide, dexpanthenol, and zinc oxide. It is designed for the care of slightly irritated and reddened skin and is especially suitable for large-scale use. The lotion is well tolerated by sensitive skin, including newborns, children, and adults.

 Available in a 200 ml white bottle, packed in a box with the Instructions for Use.

Ingredients:
Aqua, Paraffinum Liquidum, Ethylhexyl Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Panthenol, Glycerin, Zinc Oxide, Avena Sativa Kernel Extract, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ceteareth-12, Cetyl Palmitate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Octenidine HCl, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer-6.

Does not contain parabens or lanolin. No added dyes or perfumes.

How AD lotio® Acut Works:
AD lotio® Acut combines soothing oat extracts (avenanthramide), dexpanthenol, and zinc oxide with an antimicrobial component (octenidine). These active agents help calm slightly reddened and irritated skin, supporting comfort and skin regeneration. The lotion can be used on newborns, children, adults, and by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Key Ingredients and Their Functions:

 Avenanthramide
A naturally occurring polyphenol from oats (Avena sativa) that helps calm and soothe irritated skin. Applied topically, it may help reduce redness and relieve mild itching.

Dexpanthenol (Provitamin B5)
Converted into pantothenic acid in the skin, it helps support skin cell metabolism and overall skin regeneration. It can help maintain healthy skin and promote a smoother, more comfortable appearance.

Zinc Oxide
A natural, odorless mineral powder with mild astringent and cooling properties. It helps support skin comfort and can assist in maintaining skin hydration and soothing mildly irritated areas.

How to Use AD lotio® Acut:
Apply an adequate amount to thoroughly cleansed and dry skin and gently rub in. Use 3  – 6 times daily as needed. For cleansing, use a mild, antiseptic soap free of sodium lauryl sulfate (e.g., Cutosan® wash gel). Suitable for use from newborn age.

Skin Care Information: Slightly reddened or irritated areas benefit from regular, gentle application. The non-occlusive formula allows the skin to breathe while providing soothing and protection.

Warning: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on burned or damaged skin. Stop use and consult a physician or pharmacist if irritation occurs or if no improvement is observed. Do not use if allergic or hypersensitive to any ingredients. 

Storage and Transportation Conditions: Store at 5–25 °C, out of reach of children, in the original packaging. Do not use after the expiration date stated on the box and bottle.
